Pipeline Integrity Engineer

WE’RE HIRING | PIPELINE INTEGRITY ENGINEER – QATAR TÜV Rheinland Gulf is currently seeking an experienced Pipeline Integrity Engineer for an Oil & Gas assignment in Qatar. Minimum Requirements: Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Naval, Pipeline Engineering, or Engineering Science. Experience: - Minimum 8 years of overall professional experience. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in subsea pipeline inspection and integrity management within the Oil & Gas industry. - Hands-on experience in developing and managing subsea pipeline EPRS, including maintenance planning, OEM inspection requirements and EPRS manuals. - Experience with Pipeline Integrity Management software, particularly Baker Hughes PVi, including inspection-data preparation/upload, system operation and addition of assets. - Experience using Meridium and SAP for pipeline inspection activities. - Strong knowledge of onshore and offshore pipeline inspection technologies, inspection-data assessment, anomaly evaluation and required rectification. - Experience in pipeline risk assessment, mitigation and Fitness-for-Service (FFS) using applicable ASME, API, NACE/AMPP and DNV standards. - Knowledge of cathodic protection, NDT techniques and failure analysis. - Working knowledge of support vessels, ROV, diving and pipeline pigging. - Strong experience in pipeline integrity assessments and technical integrity reporting. - Previous experience working with a pipeline operator is preferred.
