Planning Analyst - Utilities

The Analyst II – Planning is responsible for supporting operational planning, maintenance scheduling, resource coordination, and performance monitoring activities for the MASA Water Treatment Plant. The role ensures efficient plant operations through accurate planning, data analysis, preventive maintenance coordination, and reporting while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. Responsibilities include preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational and maintenance plans, coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and Engineering teams, monitoring plant performance indicators, analyzing operational data, tracking preventive and corrective maintenance activities through CMMS/SAP systems, ensuring availability of required resources, supporting shutdown planning, maintaining work orders and equipment history records, identifying operational risks, ensuring HSE compliance, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and preparing KPI reports and performance dashboards.
