Planning Manager – Supply Chain

We are growing fast, expanding capacity and entering new markets, and we are looking for a planning leader to grow with us. The role Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will own end-to-end planning across both plants, turning market demand into a reliable, cost-efficient supply plan. You will lead the S&OP process and make sure the right product reaches the right market at the right time, in full GMP compliance. Key responsibilities - Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, aligning Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and Finance on one agreed plan - Build and own demand forecasts by market and SKU, and track forecast accuracy and bias - Develop the master production schedule (MPS) and detailed production plans for both plants within capacity and GMP constraints - Drive material requirements planning (MRP) for APIs, excipients and packaging materials, working closely with Procurement - Manage inventory targets, safety stock and shelf-life risk to reduce stock-outs, write-offs and excess stock - Coordinate with QA/QC on batch release timelines and with Regulatory on market registrations and artwork changes - Plan capacity for new product launches, new markets and the ongoing plant and warehouse expansion - Own planning KPIs (OTIF, forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, inventory days) and report them to leadership - Improve planning processes and make full use of SAP S/4HANA (PP/MM) - Lead, coach and develop the planning team What you bring - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Supply Chain or Business (Master's or MBA is a plus) - 13+ years of supply chain planning experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role - Strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing (generics preferred) in a cGMP environment - Hands-on SAP experience (PP/MM, ideally S/4HANA) and advanced Excel - Proven experience running S&OP in a multi-market export business - APICS CPIM / CSCP or similar certification is an advantage - Strong analytical skills, sound judgement under pressure and clear communication with senior stakeholders - GCC experience is preferred. Arabic is a plus
