Identify the competencies of execution team and assign the work order tasks effectively. Support planning engineer in identifying the competency level of the execution team to formulate training plan. Update the training record and plan for timely delivery to the team members without lapse. Develop the following maintenance planning items in close coordination with the respective sections under the direction of Planning engineer. Effectively plan the optimum allocation of workforce for a designated work order activity.
