Plant Manager

Responsible for Operations in the Plant organization and ensure smooth operations across the entire supply chain. Leads and drives the implementation of the Oracle manufacturing system. Ensures timely availability of products, with acceptable and agreed quality and service levels by efficient planning of production processes meeting sales orders and inventory levels. Ensures safe running of the Plant, including people and equipment, by adhering to Group and Local regulations, and coordinating with HSE authorities. Proposes, agrees and executes CAPEX budgets and contracts within the specified time frame. Requires a university degree in Chemical Engineering with 10 to 15 years of experience in the lubricant or similar industry, including 7 to 10 years in production, logistics, or quality systems.
