PMC Procurement Lead

To lead and manage all procurement activities within the PMC team for ADNOC projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project timelines, budget constraints, and contractual requirements. The role ensures strategic sourcing, contractor/vendor selection, and effective coordination between ADNOC, EPC contractors, and suppliers. Develop and implement the project procurement strategy. Prepare procurement schedules aligned with the project master schedule. Identify long-lead items and establish early procurement plans. Identify, prequalify, and evaluate suppliers and contractors. Maintain an approved vendor list. Manage supplier performance and resolve commercial issues. Review project specifications, drawings, and material requisitions to identify procurement requirements. Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and tender documents. Evaluate technical and commercial bids in coordination with engineering, project, and commercial teams. Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contract conditions with vendors and subcontractors. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Minimum 15+ years experience within the oil & gas sector, with a minimum of 5 years in Procurement Management. Strong knowledge of ADNOC procurement systems (SAP, Ariba preferred).
