Proaxia Aftersales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Proaxia Aftersales Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of automotive aftersales business processes using Proaxia Automotive Solution. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate aftersales requirements into effective SAP/Proaxia solutions. Responsibilities include implementing and configuring Proaxia Automotive Aftersales solutions, analyzing business requirements, configuring service and workshop management, vehicle and service orders, parts management, warranty and claims, service contracts, dealer and customer service processes, pricing and billing, conducting fit-gap analysis and solution design, supporting integration with other SAP modules, preparing functional specifications, performing testing and troubleshooting, supporting data migration, conducting user training, and providing post-go-live support.
