SAP Proaxia Aftersales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Proaxia Aftersales Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of automotive aftersales business processes using Proaxia Automotive Solution. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate aftersales requirements into effective SAP/Proaxia solutions. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Proaxia Automotive Aftersales solutions. Analyze business requirements related to automotive aftersales operations. Configure and support processes including service and workshop management, vehicle and service orders, parts management, warranty and claims, service contracts, dealer and customer service processes, pricing and billing. Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design. Support integration between Proaxia and other SAP modules/systems. Prepare functional specifications for technical developments. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. Support data migration and cutover activities where required. Prepare user documentation and conduct training for business users. Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements. Coordinate with business users, developers, and other SAP functional consultants.
