Process & Compliance Manager – Automotive Finance

We are looking for a Manager – Process & Compliance to support the finance transformation agenda across Al-Futtaim Automotive’s UAE and overseas operations. In this role, you will work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to support ERP enhancements, strengthen process governance, improve system adoption, and drive better controls across automotive business operations. What You Will Do: Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems from a finance process and compliance perspective. Partner with IT and business teams to identify, design, and execute system improvements. Drive smooth delivery of system upgrades, enhancements, and process changes. Build strong process knowledge across automotive operations including new/used vehicles, parts, service, rental, leasing, finance integration, treasury, tax, and reporting. Ensure business processes and systems comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements. Develop exception management dashboards and early warning reports using analytics tools.
