Process Executive

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations and accurate entry and maintenance of master data in the ERP. Ensure customer and intercompany transactions are recorded, reconciled and reported accurately. Create and manage customer invoices, credit notes, and debit notes in Oracle. Approve receipts recorded in SalesBuzz, post them in Oracle and allocate against open invoices. Perform daily bank statement processing and bank reconciliation. Manage master data records, perform high-volume accurate data entry, and follow maker-checker controls. Support month-end close activities and prepare AR aging schedules. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field - 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, cash sales, or master data management, ideally in Oracle ERP - Experience in an FMCG, distribution, retail or shared services environment preferred
