Procurement Assistant

Wings Technical Services W.L.L. is looking for a Procurement Assistant in Doha, Qatar. Joining: 01 November 2026. Key Responsibilities: Create and track PRs and POs in ERP (SAP / Oracle), Send RFQs, follow up with vendors, and prepare quotation comparisons, Follow up on orders and deliveries with suppliers and stores, Match PO, GRN and invoices and support vendor registration, Keep procurement records and prepare MIS reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain or related field, 2+ years of procurement/purchasing experience in Qatar or GCC, SAP MM or Oracle experience preferred, Industrial, oil & gas, or manufacturing background is an advantage, Strong MS Excel and English communication skills, Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa / NOC, Immediate joiners or available by 01 November 2026.
