Procurement Assistant

Wings Technical Services W.L.L. is looking for a Procurement Assistant in Doha, Qatar. Location: Doha, Qatar Joining: 01 November 2026 Key Responsibilities - Create and track PRs and POs in ERP (SAP / Oracle) - Send RFQs, follow up with vendors and prepare quotation comparisons - Follow up on orders and deliveries with suppliers and stores - Match PO, GRN and invoices and support vendor registration - Keep procurement records and prepare MIS reports Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain or related field - 2+ years of procurement / purchasing experience in Qatar or GCC - SAP MM or Oracle experience preferred - Industrial, oil & gas or manufacturing background is an advantage - Strong MS Excel and English communication skills - Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa / NOC - Immediate joiners or available by 01 November 2026
