Procurement Engineer

Handle procurement activities for materials, services and subcontractors. Prepare RFQs, bidder lists, commercial evaluations, bid tabulations and award recommendations. Coordinate with Engineering, Project, Cost & Planning teams and manage vendors, POs, subcontracting, claims and payments. Support procurement reporting, KPI tracking and project close-out activities. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 5-8 years of procurement/subcontracting experience in Oil & Gas. Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas EPC materials, commodities and suppliers. Experience with SAP, Oracle or equivalent P2P ERP systems. Good commercial, negotiation and coordination skills.
