Procurement Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Procurement Engineer to support procurement activities for construction, fit-out, and MEP projects. Location: Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Experience: 3–5 years in construction procurement. Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors. Manage RFQs, bid comparisons, and technical and commercial evaluations. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Review BOQs, drawings, and project specifications. Manage purchase orders through ERP systems and ensure timely delivery within approved budgets. Support procurement during tendering and project execution. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or business administration with relevant construction procurement experience. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and coordination skills. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics. Proficiency in English. CIPS certification or equivalent is a plus.
