Procurement & ERP Analyst - IT Business Solutions

Eram Talent is looking for a Procurement & ERP Analyst to support the procurement process for IT solutions and services within the client. This role collaborates with procurement stakeholders to understand IT solution needs, analyze user behaviour within the e-marketplace, improve user experience, manage vendor onboarding and profiles, ensure compliance with vendor contracts, monitor performance metrics, and generate dashboards. Responsibilities also include collaborating with IT security, ensuring compliance with Saudi data protection regulations, coordinating IT resource allocation, monitoring infrastructure capacity, and managing IT solution inventory, licenses, and assets.
