Procurement Manager

TASC Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a growing organization associated with a prestigious real estate development on Jubail Island, Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional who can combine strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, supplier management, and cost optimization in a dynamic real estate environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end procurement, tendering, and strategic sourcing. Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and commercial evaluations. Oversee procurement of materials, services, FM requirements, and maintenance contracts. Drive cost savings, procurement governance, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality, value, and timely delivery. What We're Looking For: 7-10+ years of procurement experience, ideally in real estate, property development, facilities management, or construction. Strong expertise in tender management, contract administration, and supplier negotiations. Experience managing procurement operations and leading teams. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or SAP Ariba. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills. Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
