Procurement Manager

A commercially minded Procurement Manager is sought to lead sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance across outsourced services. This role is not a back-office procurement position; the successful candidate will engage with suppliers, clients, and internal Sales and Operations teams to negotiate favorable deals, hold suppliers accountable, and identify opportunities for service growth. Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies, RFQs, RFPs, and tender evaluations for outsourced services. Assess suppliers based on total cost, service quality, delivery capability, and commercial risk. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, SLAs, and risk allocation. Develop service contracts and SOWs in collaboration with Legal and Operations. Maintain strategic supplier relationships and ensure viable alternatives are available. Present proposals and value cases to senior client decision-makers. Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Operations. Experience with procurement ERP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle) and reporting tools. 7-10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, including at least 3 years in leadership roles or managing complex commercial portfolios.
