Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage and optimize procurement activities across the Group. The role will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, cost optimization, procurement governance, and ensuring timely availability of goods and services across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, evaluation, negotiation, purchase orders, and contracts. Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable local and international suppliers. Lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms. Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations. Monitor spend and identify cost savings. Work closely with Finance, Operations, Projects, and Legal. Manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and reporting. Establish KPIs and prepare management reports. Assess risks and develop alternative sourcing strategies. Support digitalization and automation of procurement processes and systems. Lead and mentor the procurement team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related. Minimum 8 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within a large conglomerate or multi-business organization. Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation. Good understanding of the Saudi market. Experience working with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
