Procurement Manager

Develop and implement procurement strategies. Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations. Oversee purchasing of raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, and operational supplies. Control procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate with production, warehouse, finance, and supply-chain teams. Monitor inventory requirements and ensure timely material availability. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Lead and develop the procurement team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 8–12+ years of procurement experience, including managerial experience. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution is preferred. Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost-control skills. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. CIPS or equivalent certification is an advantage.
