Procurement Senior Associate

Based in Salalah, in Dhofar Governorate, Oman, the Procurement Senior Associate plays a key role to ensure the smooth and compliant acquisition of goods, services, and works for the ARISE Program. Reporting both to the ARISE Program Lead and working closely with the HQ of Procurement Team, the Senior Associate will manage end-to-end procurement processes from drafting the Procurement strategy and managing bidding processes to awarding the contracts for complex consulting services, feasibility studies, and infrastructure construction. This role requires strict adherence to GGGI's E-Procurement and ERP systems, as well as donor and government regulations.
