Procurement Senior Associate

The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is seeking a Procurement Senior Associate based in Salalah, Oman, to play a key role in the smooth and compliant acquisition of goods, services, and works for the ARISE Program. The role manages end-to-end procurement processes from drafting procurement strategies and managing bidding processes to awarding contracts for complex consulting services, feasibility studies, and infrastructure construction. This role requires strict adherence to GGGI's E-Procurement and ERP systems, as well as donor and government regulations. Responsibilities include collaborating on procurement plans, monitoring execution, drafting Terms of Reference, preparing contracts, ensuring audit-ready documentation, and providing training and capacity building for personnel.
