Procurement Specialist

Hiring: Procurement 📍 Qatar (Local Hire Preferred) Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience preferably in MEP, Water Solutions, Utilities, or Engineering projects. • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration. • Experience in sourcing materials and equipment related to water treatment, pumping stations, plumbing networks, or MEP systems is preferred. • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. • Available to join within 1 month or less. Key Responsibilities: • Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements. • Evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate commercial terms. • Coordinate with engineering, project, and commercial teams to ensure timely procurement. • Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance. • Maintain procurement records and update transactions in the ERP system. • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project schedules.
