Procurement Specialist (MEP, Fit-Out & Civil)

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of materials for Civil, MEP, HVAC, and Interior Fit-Out projects. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge and strong commercial negotiation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Source and pre-qualify local and international suppliers for HVAC equipment, MEP consumables, civil materials, and high-end fit-out/joinery items. Review project drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications to align vendor quotes with consultant requirements. Prepare detailed cost-comparison sheets and negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and draft sub-contract agreements in compliance with company policy and UAE labor laws. Monitor order statuses, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely material delivery to Abu Dhabi sites to prevent project delays. Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Proven track record in procurement for UAE construction companies, specifically handling both MEP/HVAC and Fit-Out packages. Proficient in reading engineering drawings, utilizing ERP software (SAP/Oracle), and mastering MS Excel. Strong network of established vendors and subcontractors in the UAE market. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
