Procurement Specialist - UAEN

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering through sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract award, and supplier performance management. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the role ensures the delivery of cost-effective, compliant, and timely procurement solutions. Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of procurement experience managing end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities, with experience using ERP and e-procurement systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
