Job Summary Own the product vision, roadmap, requirements, and continuous improvement of enterprise digital solutions. Act as the bridge between Business and Technology, translating business needs and processes into scalable solutions across Salesforce/CRM, Oracle Fusion/EBS, integrations and other business applications. Key Responsibilities Own product roadmap, backlog, prioritization and delivery in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Epics, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Document and optimize As-Is / To-Be processes, workflows, business rules, BRDs, functional specifications and SOPs. Manage product backlog and delivery using Jira and Agile/Scrum practices. Work with Salesforce/CRM, Oracle Fusion/EBS, integration and development teams to define and validate solutions. Define functional requirements for APIs, integrations, data flows and system interfaces. Lead requirement workshops, solution reviews, UAT, business acceptance and release readiness. Monitor product adoption, user feedback, defects and enhancement requirements. Drive continuous improvement, automation and digitalisation opportunities. Coordinate with PMO, Architecture, IT, Business and implementation partners to ensure successful product delivery. Technical & Functional Skills Product Ownership & Agile Delivery Jira – Backlog, Epics, Stories & Releases Salesforce / CRM platforms Oracle Fusion / Oracle EBS Enterprise Integrations / APIs / Middleware – MuleSoft preferred Business Process Mapping & Optimization BRD / FRD / User Stories / Acceptance Criteria BPMN / Workflow / RACI / SOP Documentation UAT & Business Acceptance Solution Design & Functional Analysis Stakeholder & Vendor Management Change Management & Business Adoption Experience 4–8 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or Business Applications. 4+ years of experience owning digital products, enterprise applications, or technology solutions. Strong experience working with CRM, ERP, and enterprise application integrations. Real Estate / Property Development domain experience is an added advantage. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. CSPO / PSPO / Agile / Scrum certification preferred.
