Production Engineer

Develop and improve production processes for electromechanical assemblies. Prepare work instructions, process flows, and SOPs. Create and manage work orders and manufacturing orders in ERP systems. Monitor daily production targets, cycle times, productivity, and prepare production reports. Support CNC machining, SolidWorks, robotic lines, and automated manufacturing processes. Establish assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging procedures. Reduce rejections through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Implement Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke, and Lean Manufacturing practices. Ensure compliance with IPC, ISO, and applicable manufacturing standards.
