Production Planner

We are hiring a Production Planner with 8+ years of hands-on production planning experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with high product variety and customer-specific orders. UAE experience is a mandate. The role involves converting customer demand into a realistic, optimized, and executable production plan connecting sales, procurement, warehouse, production, and delivery. Responsibilities include managing plans across multiple work centers, capacity planning, constraint management, utilizing ERP/MRP systems like Odoo or comparable tools, tracking BOMs and routings, bottleneck identification, and root-cause analysis.
