Production Supervisor

Middle East Mattress Factory Co. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our plant in Jeddah. The ideal candidate brings an engineering mindset, 5+ years of direct mattress manufacturing experience, and proficiency in Odoo ERP. You will lead a diverse, multicultural workforce, requiring excellent English communication skills to ensure operational directives, safety alignment, and smooth workflow execution. Key Responsibilities include directing end-to-end mattress manufacturing workflows such as quilting, spring core assembly, tape-edging, and final packaging. Actively utilize the Odoo MRP module to manage work orders, verify Bills of Materials, track material consumption, and maintain precise shop floor inventory levels. Supervise, assign shifts, and train production floor workers. Monitor line efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement structural adjustments to minimize raw material scrap rates and optimize overall equipment effectiveness. Inspect incoming components and final products against blueprints and comfort metrics. Synchronize workflows with procurement, maintenance, and logistics departments via Odoo to avoid raw material shortages.
