Project Manager Job Summary - Strong knowledge of SAP Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking (BA), Controlling (CO) and Treasury (TR). - Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA implementation methodologies, configuration, and customization. - Experience in integrating SAP Finance modules with other SAP modules. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels as well as with consultants/ system integrators. Key Responsibilities - Analyze Business Requirements: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their finance-related requirements, including financial accounting, management accounting, financial reporting, treasury, controlling, and other related processes. - Functional Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications by identifying SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules and functionalities that meet the company's needs. Design and configure the SAP system accordingly, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards. - SAP Configuration: Perform configuration and customization of SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules. - Integration Management: Collaborate with other SAP functional consultants and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Finance modules with other modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Controlling (CO). - Change Management: Collaborate with the Change Management team to ensure smooth transition and adoption of SAP S/4 HANA Finance. Communicate system changes, conduct impact assessments, and assist in change-related activities. Skill Requirements - 8+ years experience - 2+ full SAP S/4 implementations - Ideally 1 full implementation of Advanced Finance Modules
