Purchaser I (Industrial Materials & Services)

Support the tactical procurement of materials, components, equipment, and services in accordance with company policies and procedures. Manage purchase requisition (PR) lifecycles, ensure timely order placement, maintain accurate ERP data governance, and facilitate vendor communication to support factory production and operational continuity. Work on-site at the KEZAD Abu Dhabi facility, interacting with cross-functional teams including engineering, planning, and quality to handle purchasing for mechanical, electrical, and fabricated components. Execute daily PR to PO workflows per project Bills of Materials (BOMs), monitor PO confirmations, track delivery schedules, and maintain high ERP data accuracy. Communicate proactively with suppliers to resolve invoice or delivery discrepancies and prevent production bottlenecks.
