Purchasing Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Purchasing Supervisor to join our dynamic procurement team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and overseeing purchasing operations, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, cost-effective procurement. Support and supervise procurement activities by obtaining competitive quotations, conducting thorough market surveys, and analyzing pricing to ensure optimal value for the organization. Coordinate with vendors to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services, follow up on outstanding orders, and resolve any delivery discrepancies. Assist in vendor negotiations, registration processes, and purchase order management. Develop and implement cost-control initiatives and monitor spending. Maintain accurate and updated supplier catalogs, inventory records, and comprehensive procurement documentation. Analyze vendor performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and supplier optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and deliver customized solutions. Prepare detailed reports on purchasing activities, market trends, and vendor performance. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements applicable to operations in Saudi Arabia.
