Purchasing Supervisor

Team & Operations: Manage purchasing officers, oversee end-to-end procurement cycles from requisition to delivery, and handle logistics and customs compliance. Financial & Budgeting: Review purchase orders and invoices, control departmental budgets, and coordinate with finance and warehouse teams for audits and reconciliation. Requirements & Qualifications: Education & Experience: A Bachelor s degree in a relevant financial or business discipline with at least 8 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing. Demographics & Location: Open to Saudi or Indian nationals who currently reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia . Skills: Proficient in English, ERP systems like Odoo, advanced Excel, and strong negotiation capabilities.
