QA Tester

We are looking for an experienced Functional Tester with hands-on experience testing SAP SuccessFactors or other SaaS-based HR applications. Key Responsibilities: Test HR applications across end-to-end business processes. Create and execute detailed test cases. Perform SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Conduct end-to-end functional testing and identify/track defects. Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure application quality. Requirements: Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing or testing similar SaaS HR applications. Strong understanding of HR processes and domain. Experience with test case creation, SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing. Experience using JIRA and Confluence. Good communication skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
