Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Manager

We are looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to join Advanced Biocatalytics Industries (ABCI), one of Abunayyan Holding's subsidiaries. About ABCI: Advanced Biocatalytics Industries (ABCI) is a pioneering chemical manufacturing company located in Dammam's 2nd Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. With an annual production capacity of 35,000 metric tons, ABCI locally manufactures high-quality specialty chemicals serving industries including oil & gas, industrial cleaning, and home & personal care. About the Role: The QHSE Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Management Systems, while ensuring a safe and compliant manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities: 1- Health and Safety: - Develop, update, issue, and maintain the HSE program and ensure proper safety training. - Conduct inspections, lead accident investigations, and monitor compliance with safety regulations. 2- Quality Systems & Audits: - Develop Quality Manuals for Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). - Conduct Internal Quality QMS Audits, raise NCRs, and ensure close outs. - Ensure the generation of Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) with the technical department. 3- Operational Excellence: - Coordinate with IT (SAP) for automating recommended work processes in SAP. - Develop Balanced Scorecard and maintain updated milestones in SAP. - Ensure the cost of poor-quality calculation (COPQ). 4- Customer Focus: - Ensure complaints from clients are resolved with 8D reports and conduct customer satisfaction surveys. Job Specifications: - Minimum of 7 to 9 years in the same field. - Bachelor's in science/ Engineering, Masters in Business (or equivalent). - Certificate Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001.
