Quantity Surveyor

Leading Precast & Construction Project in Kuwait is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management and 5–8 years of relevant experience. Direct client face-to-face interviews scheduled in Chennai, Mumbai, and Delhi. Key requirements include experience in quantity surveying for precast and construction projects, strong knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation, budgeting, cost control, variations, change orders, claims, tender documentation, commercial proposals, and quantity measurement. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is required, with Primavera, SAP, or construction management software considered an added advantage.
