Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

Minimum 10 years of QS experience, including at least 5 years with an MEP contractor. Qatar/GCC experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant construction discipline. RICS (MRICS) or equivalent membership is an advantage. Strong experience in monthly progress invoices/payment applications. Experience in quantity take-offs, measurements, interim valuations, variations & subcontractor payments. Experience with cost-to-complete forecasts, budgets & cash-flow forecasts. Strong knowledge of contractual notices and claims. Advanced Excel skills. RIB Candy, SAP or similar systems experience is preferred. Strong English communication and reporting skills.
