Real Estate Technology Analyst (SAP RE-FX, Yardi)

We're hiring a Real Estate Technology Analyst for a major Real Estate transformation programme. What you'll do: Assess current technology and data readiness across leasing, asset, and facilities systems. Document system requirements and functional specifications for the future-state RE technology landscape. Evaluate existing platforms (SAP RE-FX, Yardi, or similar) on genuine fit-for-purpose. Support workshops with business and technology stakeholders to validate findings. What we're looking for: 5-8 years as a Business/Systems Analyst with hands-on Real Estate or property technology experience. Direct exposure to SAP RE-FX, Yardi, or a comparable RE/property platform is essential. Ability to assess and recommend across the wider RE technology stack. Confident, workshop-facing communicator.
