Reception Supervisor

WE ARE HIRING – RECEPTION SUPERVISOR Location: Abu Dhabi Reports to: Service Manager / Workshop Manager Key Responsibilities: - Supervise Reception and Service Advisor activities - Handle customer enquiries and complaints - Monitor vehicle reception, repair progress, and delivery - Ensure accurate job cards, estimates, approvals, and invoices - Coordinate with Workshop, Parts, Warranty, and other departments - Monitor team performance and provide coaching - Follow up on pending jobs and customer requirements Key Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field - 5–7 years of automotive after-sales experience - 2–3 years of supervisory experience - Experience in Service Advisor or workshop reception operations - Strong customer service, communication, leadership, and coordination skills - Good knowledge of automotive workshop operations - SAP and MS Office knowledge
