Regional Procurement Manager

Andalusia Group for Medical Services is looking for a Regional procurement manager to join our team. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in pharmacy (Mandatory) - Proven experience in procurement management and Hospitals is a must. - Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation. - Experience managing procurement operations across multiple locations/countries. - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute regional procurement strategies. - Manage sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations. - Ensure cost optimization and supplier performance. - Oversee procurement operations across regional sites. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies. - Lead and develop the procurement team.
