Sales Coordinator

Prepare sales quotations based on customer requirements and applicable pricing. Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and provide the required sales-related information. Process customer LPOs and ensure all order details are properly recorded. Prepare and maintain weekly LTR reports with accurate information. Submit invoices through customer portals as per the required procedure. Sort and organize sales-related documents systematically. Maintain proper filing and records of quotations, LPOs, invoices, and related documents.
