Manage the complete Order-to-Delivery process for bulk chemical customers. Coordinate the customer order cycle from Sales Order creation through dispatch and final delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales, logistics, warehouse, procurement, and finance. Create and process Sales Orders accurately in SAP/ERP systems, monitor shipments, and handle customer enquiries and documentation.
