Sales Coordinator

Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales team and ensure smooth order processing. Manage SAP transactions, including POs, SOs, ITRs, invoices, and supplier orders. Monitor inventory, stock levels, sales forecasts, and replenishment requirements. Coordinate with suppliers, clients, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Merchandising for orders, stock, shipments, and invoicing. Process Purchase Authorization Requests (PARs) and follow up with suppliers on stock and shipments. Manage consignment orders and replenishment and coordinate directly with selected clients when required. Maintain item listings and master data, ensuring information is accurate and updated. Prepare costing, sales analysis, monthly reports, and consignment reports for management. Follow up on pending orders, shipments, invoices, and other sales-related matters. Maintain proper records and documentation and provide general administrative support to the Sales team. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field. - 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations / Sales Administration. - Experience with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. - Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
