Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator experienced in sales coordination, tendering, supplier sourcing, and commercial negotiations within the Oil & Gas / Trading industry. Join our team and work closely with ADNOC Group companies, TAQA, suppliers, manufacturers, and principal companies. What you will be doing: manage RFQs, EOIs, tenders, and purchase requisitions from enquiry to submission; review technical and commercial requirements; prepare and submit bids through ADNOC ARIBA; coordinate with suppliers; source competitive suppliers; lead supplier negotiations; track enquiries and quotation follow-ups; maintain records in SAP.
