Sales Coordinator & Inventory Management

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator & Inventory Management professional to handle day-to-day sales support and stock operations. In this mid-level execution role, you will act as the vital link between our clients, sales reps, and warehouse team. Key responsibilities include handling daily order processing, updating customers and sales reps, generating invoices and delivery notes, resolving client complaints, tracking stock levels, coordinating cycle counts, flagging low-stock items, applying FIFO/FEFO rules, and logging returned goods. Required qualifications include 1 to 3 years of practical experience in logistics, distribution, or wholesale, a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business, familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Tally, or NetSuite or WMS, solid Microsoft Excel skills, and strong communication abilities.
