SAP Ariba Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in SAP Ariba, bidding, tendering, and procurement activities. Location: Abu Dhabi Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end bidding and tendering processes using SAP Ariba. Create and manage RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs. Handle e-sourcing events and reverse auctions. Coordinate with vendors for bid submissions, clarifications, and negotiations. Evaluate technical and commercial bids and prepare bid comparison statements. Manage supplier onboarding, vendor coordination, and procurement documentation. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and tendering procedures. Required Skills: Mandatory: Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba. Industry experience in Military & Defence, Manufacturing, or Oil & Gas is highly Required. Practical experience in bidding, tendering, and sourcing activities. Knowledge of RFQs, RFPs, reverse auctions, and vendor management. Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills. Experience: 5–10 years (required)
