IT & SAP B1 Techno Functional Consultant. Responsibilities and Duties: Develop STYRO Group infrastructure and user into smarter way of communication and technology level. Develop an app for STYRO GROUP Client to place order and better communication with STYRO Group Team to integrate in SAP. Evaluate the users and train them to higher level and get their requirements improve the processes in SAP. Implement and configure SAP Business One HANA software and its full functionalities based on requirements. Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement. Provide training and support to end users on SAP Business One HANA functionalities. Stay updated on SAP Business One HANA updates and enhancements. Creation and customization of forms using VB.Net. Creation and update of reports using Crystal Reports. Administration of databases entries and Health checkup in both Linux and Windows. Maintenance of server, databases, backups and all task related to the ERP. Providing functional and technical support to the facility staff. Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions. Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities. Work in the service layers and good knowledge in terms of posting and modification in the application. Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration. Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports. Keeping up to date of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments. Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements. Maintaining and upgrading Network, Switches, Firewall, Routers, Domain servers, Windows servers, Linux Server, VM Ware, Hardware Troubleshoot, Email administrator, printer, IT Asset Maintenance and CCTV. Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance. Update and Maintenance of social media and website. Checking the website if working on daily basis. Making sure SAP generates and sends daily, weekly, monthly reports as per standards requested by management and statement of account sent to all clients on monthly basis. Making Sure all Asateel permits are UpToDate on Asateel platform. Visit Abu Dhabi office at least twice per month. Work Location: In person.
