Cloud Application Services (CAS) | Onsite Delivery Coordinator - Riyadh, KSA A high-priority enterprise project in Riyadh is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS) - Onsite Delivery Coordinator (8+ years experience) to manage service delivery, vendor governance, and client engagements. Role Details: Position: SAP CAS Onsite Delivery Coordinator Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite Rotation / Hybrid) Experience Required: 8+ Years Engagement Type: Contract Joining Timeline: Immediate to 7 Days Work Model: 1 week remote onboarding -> 3 months onsite in Riyadh -> 1 week remote / 1 week onsite rotation (Transitioning to long-term remote upon customer approval) Key Responsibilities: Coordinate, prioritize, and assign delivery tickets and operational workflows to technical/functional SAP consultants Enforce statutory Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor end-to-end incident resolution quality Validate Technical Specifications, Change Requests (CRs), and workload effort estimations alongside the Application Service Manager (ASM) Serve as the primary escalation point for quality, governance, and customer operational issues Coordinate consultant availability across Transition, Operations, and System Closure project phases Participate in executive governance meetings with CAS Delivery Leads and Supplier Managers to drive continuous process innovation Requirements: 8+ years of total professional experience in IT delivery coordination and enterprise software environments Deep functional and technical understanding of SAP application ecosystems and CAS delivery frameworks Proven track record in SLA management, incident ticketing, governance, and vendor de-escalation Exceptional executive stakeholder management, customer-facing presentation, and bilingual coordination skills Full readiness for immediate contract deployment with initial full-time onsite presence in Riyadh How to Apply (Direct Connection - No Middleman): To submit your application directly to the project sourcing team, please send your updated CV to: Email: pureitsoln@gmail.com Subject Line: SAP CAS Onsite Delivery Coordinator - Riyadh
