SAP FICO Lead - Functional & Business Process Transformation

We are looking for a senior, hands-on SAP FICO Lead to drive finance process design, business process re-engineering, team leadership, and successful adoption of S/4HANA finance capabilities across the group. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP Finance leadership, hands-on functional capability, and proven experience driving adoption across diverse business entities, including Contracting, Engineering Services, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Logistics. Responsibilities include core FICO configuration, specialized module implementation (Cash Management, FSCM, RE-FX), group reporting alignment, user adoption, change enablement, strategic leadership, delivery governance, and testing/RICEFW oversight.
