SAP Functional Analyst

The SAP S/4HANA Sales and Order to Cash Functional specialist shapes KAUST's end-to-end sales, contracting, fulfilment, billing and revenue processes. Working with business process owners across the university, the role sets the functional direction for these capabilities, simplifies legacy practices and turns institutional needs into scalable solutions on KAUST's SAP platform. The role leads a prioritised functional roadmap, promotes fit-to-standard and clean-core design, and works with enterprise architecture and delivery teams on integration, data, user experience and change. It evaluates SAP Fiori, workflow, analytics, SAP Business Technology Platform and Business AI capabilities where they solve a defined business problem, and measures outcomes through process performance, adoption and controls.
