SAP HCM Consultant – ESS/MSS

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ESS (Employee Self-Service) and MSS (Manager Self-Service). Mandatory Skills: 8+ years of SAP HCM experience, ESS & MSS, SAP HCM PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), SAP HCM implementation/support experience, ESS/MSS configuration and troubleshooting, Strong understanding of HR business processes, Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support SAP HCM ESS/MSS functionalities, Handle employee and manager self-service requirements, Analyze business requirements and provide SAP HCM solutions, Resolve functional issues and support enhancements, Work closely with HR/business stakeholders and technical teams, Participate in testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
